After four years under the tutelage of the acclaimed Bob Waggoner of Charleston Grill, Houser created the menu for MUSE, which has just celebrated its first anniversary. He has gracefully melded the cuisines of the Mediterranean basin while using local ingredients in an establishment that transports the old world to the new in all aspects of the culinary experience.
