For Mother’s Day, chef Vivian Howard is serving up a special Sunday meat-and-three menu at Lenoir, her downtown Charleston restaurant. For $40 per person, guests will start their meal with ham biscuits, then enjoy their choice of entrée (fried chicken, roast pork loin, grilled salmon or Vivian’s famous tomato pie), as well as three sides (potato salad, peas and rice and sweet potatoes, beets and broccoli rabe).
